Somwhere - over the *neon* rainbow, way up high!
This limited edition kit features a four colour screenprinted neon rainbow in Yellow, Orange, Hot Pink and Magenta on 20ct evenweave fabric. You stitch the word 'Somewhere' over this in black DMC embroidery floss following the included chart.
The stitched design measures 158 stitches across and is 60 stitches high. When stitched on 20 count evenweave the design measures approximately 19.5 cm x 7.5cm. It should use less than two 8m skeins of floss using 2 strands at a time.
The only other piece you need to complete the kit is an embroidery frame of your choice to keep the fabric taught while you stitch and perhaps a frame to hang it in pride of place when it's finished. Please note, the frame and knitting in photos is NOT included.
Upgrade your kit to a Deluxe kit, perfect for Gifting. A deluxe kit includes:
• A full regular kit;
• An 8" Snap Frame (worth £15);
• A Stitchsperation needleminder (worth £5);
• Super sharp snips (worth £5)
• A black luxury gift box.
I printed every piece of fabric by hand so variations will occur. Colours may vary from that on the screen due to differences in computer monitor settings. The rainbow is purposefully printed slightly 'wonky' so every kit is different.
Please note, this listing is NOT for a finished piece, the photos are just examples, the kit is for you to DIY or as a great DIY gift for a friend!
Please allow 3-5 business days for your kit to ship. All kits are shipped using Royal Mail.
Note: The first image of the three colour rainbow is not the fabric you will receive, you will received the fabric pictured in the second and third images.
::20ct Evenweave - READ THIS::
This kit is different to my usual kits and comes with 20 count (20ct) evenweave. 20ct means that this fabric produces 20 stitches per inch. Usually with the evenweave in regular kits you stitch over two holes at a time, with this kit you stitch through every hole - the stitches are VERY small. But the finished product is worth it!
I recommend having a good light source above your work and putting your glasses on for this one!
